Position Overview:
Summit Skilled Solutions is seeking experienced Industrial Electricians to join a field team at an active compressor station site. This role involves running conduit, installing electrical systems, wiring motors, and assisting with well pad hook-ups. Candidates must maintain strict adherence to safety standards while working both indoors and outdoors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with well pad hook-ups
  • Run conduit and install new electrical systems
  • Wire motors and other electrical equipment
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and PPE requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years industrial electrical experience
  • Ability to bend conduit and use basic hand tools
  • Experience in oil & gas or pipeline projects (some experience acceptable)
  • Willingness to work in field conditions, both indoors and outdoors
  • Standard PPE knowledge and compliance

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Local candidates: $35–$40/hr (no per diem)
  • Traveler candidates: $27–$32/hr + $100/day per diem
  • Comprehensive medical/dental coverage, PTO, and holidays
  • Guaranteed overtime as schedule moves to 6/10s

Work Environment:

  • Active compressor station field site
  • Strict safety standards enforced at all times
  • Full PPE required

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
