We are looking for a talented team member who thrives on assisting customers and helping maintain a productive and creative work enviornment. We need someone with attention to detail who is familiar with working with construction plans, spreadsheets and word documents. Another key aspect of the job will be working in our CRM and window quoting software.

Responsibilities

  • Quote orders from construction plans
  • Assist with follow up to close sales
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Track orders
  • Understand the product and all application

Skills

  • Ability to generate a quote based on the plans.
  • Strong phone presence and customer service experience
  • Microsoft suite products, CRM tracking, and other software knowledge
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Qualifications

  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven customer service and sales experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Familiarity with CRM software, including Monday.com
  • Knowledge of construction industry practices is a plus
  • Excellent phone etiquette

Understanding how to read construction plans and how to do take-offs is a valuable skill to have with this position.
