Description:

We are seeking a mobile engineer with experience with Unity Game Dev Engine to join our dynamic team at Clarity Innovations. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing innovative products and contributing to the success of our projects.

This individual will be responsible for transforming an analog board game into a secure, accessible mobile application available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. You will work alongside a team to develop a high-quality, compliant, and user-focused product. 

Primary Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of a mobile game using Unity and C#
  • Collaborate with Product and Design to convert game mechanics into intuitive mobile experiences 
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including spring planning, standups, and retrospectives
  • Recommend libraries and tooling that fit requirements
  • Collaborate with other developers to design and optimize code
  • Document all programming tasks and procedures
  • Work closely with the security team to implement mobile security best practices 
  • Adhere to project and federal compliance standards, including accessibility and performance benchmarks

Required:

  • 1 - 2 years of experience developing mobile applications using Unity Game Dev Engine
  • Proficiency in C# and familiarity with state management, routing, and Unity UI components
  • Familiarity with both iOS and Android mobile ecosystems
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a remote Agile team

Desired:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience. 
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps tools and processes such as Git, Concourse, GitLabCI, SonarQube, Fortify, and ThreadFix
  • Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases
  • Experience with Scrum, or other agile methodologies
