We deliver business result by optimizing channel value and customer experience through collaboration with Product Marketing, Product/Growth and other channel teams.</p> <p>We're hiring a <strong>Lifecycle Marketing Strategist, Cross-sell,</strong> reporting to Head of Performance, Crossflow. You will lead the email & in-product messaging channel optimization while collaborating closely with key stakeholders within Performance Marketing and with Product Marketing and Growth to drive comprehensive multi-channel campaigns aimed at boosting awareness, engagement, and purchases of Atlassian cloud products. You will be accountable for delivering the cross-sell goal. This job is remote-friendly.</p> <p>If you're passionate about collaborating with multiple teams across organization, creating overall roadmap and multi-channel plan, and presenting high level insights and learnings to leadership, this is the perfect opportunity for you.</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <p><strong>In this role, you will:</strong></p> <ul> <li><p>Oversee all cross-sell program performance and improvement opportunities.</p></li> <li><p>Analyze the data for targeted products and identify improvement opportunities for the various touch points through customer journey that spans from awareness to purchase.</p></li> <li><p>Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop a comprehensive selling strategy and with channel experts for distribution plans for cross-selling initiatives.</p></li> <li><p>Measure and analyze data and metrics related to product messaging and performance against targets to uncover product signals and optimize campaign activities.</p></li> <li><p>Design a communications strategy that aligns with objectives through effective messaging, personalization, and audience segmentation.</p></li> <li><p>Strategize with stakeholders to implement / improve email and in-product messaging programs campaigns by providing messaging strategy, best practices, and testing recommendations.</p></li> <li><p>Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product/Growth, Data Science, Advertising and SEO teams to deliver Cross-sell goal. Work with Product/Growth closely to ensure experimentations are coordinated.</p></li> <li><p>Report Cross-sell goal pacing and provide context for what works well and not. Identify programs to catch up with the goal when pacing behind.</p></li> <li><p>Identify opportunities to improve revenue, production efficiency, and team collaboration.</p></li> </ul> <p></p> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <p><strong>Your background:</strong></p> <ul> <li><p>5+ years of experience in managing email campaigns, strategy and experimentation. In-product messaging experience is a plus.</p></li> <li><p>Experience in working with advertising and organic channels to optimize multi-channel user journey and prioritize different levers / opportunities.</p></li> <li><p>Experience in implementing complex customer contact strategies, segmentation, and governance across multiple products is a plus.</p></li> <li><p>Demonstration of strategic thinking and organizational planning capabilities. Strong analytical skills to understand data and translate it into insights.</p></li> <li><p>Proficient in both oral and written communication, with a strong foundation in marketing principles.</p></li> <li><p>Possession of problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, large enterprise environment characterized by evolving variables and limited oversight.</p></li> <li><p>Ability to collaborate with large amount of stakeholders and business partners and navigate through sometimes undefined roles and responsibilities.</p></li> <li><p>Self-driven, highly adaptable, and comfortable owning cross-functional planning, reporting, and goal-tracking in a fast-paced environment.</p></li> </ul> <p></p> <p><strong>Compensation</strong></p> <p>At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones.
