TSL Marketing is looking for a Sr. Project Manager to plan, develop, and manage end-to-end delivery of programs for our B2B tech customers. Someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to align teams to accomplish program goals will excel in this role. Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from strategic planning through execution phases 
  • Collaborate on marketing campaign and marketing automation strategy planning, documentation, and presentation to customers 
  • Translate strategic plans into clear phases and actionable next steps 
  • Develop project plans to manage the efforts and schedules of HubSpot strategists, SEO managers, PPC managers, copywriters, designers, developers, digital marketing specialists, business development reps, and other resources 
  • Provide a layer of quality assurance on execution deliverables. This will include components such as emails, landing pages, forms, workflow automations, data schema, data imports, marketing lists, web content, collateral, websites, PPC campaigns, lead gen reports, digital marketing performance reports
  • Facilitate clear communication among the cross-functional teams supporting programs 
  • Lead regular customer and internal team checkpoint calls to review project status and incoming work, hold scoping/discovery meetings, working sessions, plan presentations, and ongoing progress updates 
  • Communicate with customer stakeholders and internal resources across multiple channels, including email, chat, and project management software 
  • Create comprehensive agendas and recaps from meetings, and update project plans and resources accordingly 
  • Oversee time reporting and maintain accurate budget and cost tracking in project management software, provide budget updates to account and client stakeholders 
  • Ensure on time and on budget delivery of work 
  • Delight and retain strategic customers by providing outstanding service and delivering value 
  • Participate in leading innovation at TSL to stay ahead of a constantly changing marketing landscape

  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment, either in an agency setting or within a high-volume in-house team
  • Experience with HubSpot Marketing or SalesHub Enterprise level OR experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub Pro level AND experience supporting large organizations with other CRM/marketing automation platforms such as SalesForce, Eloqua, Marketo)
  • Understanding of B2B tech sales/marketing is a plus 
  • BA/BS degree preferred, BA/BS degree in marketing is a plus
