Fine-Thomas Psychotherapy, a leading mental health practice, is seeking a highly empathetic and driven individual to join our team as a Live Chat Agent. Our practice is dedicated to providing high-quality therapy services to individuals, couples, and families, and we are looking for a passionate individual who shares our commitment to helping others improve their mental well-being.

As a Live Chat Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing timely and compassionate support to our clients through our online chat platform. You will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking help and guidance. You will be responsible for understanding their needs, providing them with information about our services, and directing them to the appropriate resources. Your support and guidance will play a vital role in helping individuals take the first steps towards their mental health journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries and concerns through our online chat platform in a timely and empathetic manner
  • Provide accurate information about our services and help clients understand the therapy process
  • Assist clients in booking appointments with the appropriate therapist based on their needs
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services and address any concerns they may have
  • Collaborate with our team of therapists to ensure smooth communication and coordination of services for clients
  • Continuously update and maintain client records and ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay updated on our services and improve your skills as a Live Chat Agent

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to empathize and provide support to individuals in distress
  • Passion for helping others and contributing to their mental wellbeing
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with mental health terminology and practices is preferred
  • Prior experience using online chat platforms or customer service software is an asset
  • Ability to work evening and weekend shifts as needed
