Job Description:
Now Hiring: Class A Drivers – AM Shift (Palmdale, CA)
Position Details:
  • Type of Haul: Refrigerated (reefer) freight
  • Freight Handling:
    • Drivers are required to move pallets from the nose of the trailer to the rear using a manual or electric pallet jack
    • Pallets can weigh up to 100 lbs

  • Stops: Average of 1–3 stops per day
  • Delivery Locations: Mix of stores and distribution centers across Palmdale, Los Angeles (LA), San Bernardino (SB), and Inland Empire (IE)
  • Dress Code:
    • Work boots required (steel toe not mandatory)
    • No shorts allowed


Schedule & Shift:
  • Shift Start Time: Between 12:00 AM – 3:00 AM (set start times)
  • Typical Schedules:
    • Thursday–Monday or Friday–Tuesday
    • Days off typically Tuesday/Wednesday or Wednesday/Thursday
    • Must be available to work weekends and holidays
    • Schedule may adjust to Sunday–Friday when overtime is needed


Mandatory Training:
  • Conducted at the Fontana facility or Palmdale depending on availability
  • 2 -day training paid training

Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
  • Valid CDL Class A driver’s license.
  • Required of [1] year of experience driving a 53ft Tractor-Trailer.
  • Clean driving record with no major violations. No more than 1 at fault accident in the last 3 years.
  • Ability to maintain required temperatures throughout the journey and troubleshoot minor reefer issues.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in handling temperature-sensitive products.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
  • Must pass ROAD TEST

Wage Range: 27.00 - 27.00 per hour
