Summary:

Maintenance will be asked to perform many tasks which will require flexibility, organization, and follow through to ensure tasks are completed and will assist with machine shop production. He or she must have mechanical aptitude, can operate a forklift & possess the following skills in electrical, plumbing, plowing carpentry & plowing and will be an active member of the Masters Safety Committee Team. They are responsible for maintaining a clean safe facility and must possess computer & organizational skills. They are a team player who is professional, respectful, courteous & friendly to our vendors and to any fellow employees, Supervisors & Managers at Masters Machine., and reports to the Production Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Will receive direction & guidance from the Production Manager
  • Must have a flexible attitude as tasks present themselves
  • Loads & unloads materials, parts, or product onto or from pallets, skids, or trucks either manually, with a forklift or pallet jack.
  • Maintaining a clean & safe environment
  • Maintaining & repairing as necessary, water evaporator, coolant processor, air compressors and heat systems
