Pinnacle Corrugated, an affiliate of Schwarz Partners and corrugated manufacturing industry leader, currently has an exciting opportunity available for Maintenance Technicians (3rd shift) in Landis, NC. As a Maintenance Technician, you will troubleshoot, install, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on our industrial corrugated equipment and machinery.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS FOR THIS POSITION:

  • Perform maintenance and electrical function and troubleshoot to correct inefficiencies and prevent equipment downtime by completing regular PM’s.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical problems of plant machinery.
  • Ensure the maintenance and preventive maintenance of corrugating plant process equipment to achieve world-class results; ensure all equipment is running properly and meets operational requirements.
  • Follow all safety and company policies, reporting any issues, accidents or incidents immediately; must complete online safety training each month as assigned.
  • Work within specifications and drawings, responsible for ensuring completion, and minimizing waste within set dates & times.
  • Other corrective and preventive maintenance duties to be assigned by the supervisor from time to time.


PINNACLE CORRUGATED REQUIRES THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Detail-oriented, organized and dependable with time management skills.
  • 3 - 5+ years’ experience with Electrical and Mechanical Systems, computers in an industrial environment including hardware, software & network configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot various pneumatic, hydraulic systems, working knowledge of PLC’s and motors.
  • Knowledge of computer and automated machines.
  • Strong maintenance electrical background (manufacturing preferred) in AC/DC motor control, troubleshooting, and electrical wiring codes.
  • Excellent people skills and communication, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic with an emphasis on safety.
  • Computer competence and experience with the Microsoft suite.
  • An energetic, motivated, and dependable worker who is dedicated to the job and team.
  • The ability to function as a mature, professional individual, who interacts positively with teammates.
  • The willingness to function effectively in a team environment and tackle any task required for the success of the team.
  • High school diploma or GED.
