Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations and HubSpot Specialist to join our team at New Frontier Immigration Law. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for managing the systems and processes that power our marketing and sales funnel.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing operations, CRM administration, or marketing analytics, with experience working with HubSpot CRM, workflows, and automations. You will be responsible for configuring and maintaining HubSpot to ensure every inbound lead is captured and tracked without gaps, managing integrations between HubSpot and other tools, and building automated workflows for lead nurturing and follow-ups.

You will also develop and refine a lead scoring model that accurately prioritizes prospects for intake and sales, maintain clean and deduplicated records within HubSpot, and track each stage of the funnel to identify bottlenecks and leakage. Additionally, you will provide clear and accurate dashboards for leadership, translate metrics into clear insights, and deliver actionable recommendations based on data trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Affinity to operational thinking and processes.
  • HubSpot certification(s) strongly preferred; other CRM experience a plus.
