We’re currently seeking a Full-time Office Manager to support and guide the daily operations of our Customer Service Team at our Machias Energy Services and Carver Energy Services branches.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you'll help keep the office running smoothly while supporting a dedicated team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Organizing and improving office procedures and workflows
  • Supporting team members with training, guidance, and leadership
  • Assisting with customer accounts and working with our team to resolve issues
  • Managing payroll, office supplies, and essential records
  • Overseeing customer service activities and assisting with phone calls as needed
  • Setting up customer budgets and payment contracts
  • Reviewing and processing invoices and account reconciliations
  • Acting as a friendly and helpful point of contact for our customers

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is organized, approachable, and comfortable leading a team. Experience in office management or customer service is a plus, especially in fast-paced environments. A proactive attitude and a focus on teamwork will go a long way here.
