JOB SCOPE:

XYZ is looking for an energetic, highly motivated professional to serve as the Operations Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive operational including administrative support ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations to accomplish both long and short-term goals to support the continued growth of the company.

MAJOR JOB DUTIES:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each major duty satisfactorily.   • Handle various customer support tasks, including responding to tickets, inquiries, and issues.
  • Assist with order processing and communicate with stakeholders as needed.
  • Manage and address various tickets related to trust & safety.
  • Assist with email management and routing to appropriate teams.
  • Support the team in cultivating relationships with hackathons and contribute to their successful engagement.
  • Provide support in addressing and engaging with social media inquiries and interactions.
  • Contribute to data management and information maintenance in websites and databases.
  • Support audits and compliance activities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, which may include data entry and other related administrative tasks.
Requirements:


MINIMUM EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s Degree, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • Proven experience in an operations support role, customer service role, or similar position.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and seeing tasks and projects through to their completion.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to find creative ways to get things done.
  • Highly collaborative, resourceful, and innovative problem solver, who works independently.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to navigate various software tools and systems.
  • Minimum typing speed of at least 60 words per minute and computer literacy.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, familiarity with task management tools.
  • Familiarity with various social media platforms and adaptable to learning new platforms.
  • Familiarity with DNS and domain names.

BONUS EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in ClickUp, Notion, or WHMCS
  • Basic knowledge of HTML or SQL
  • Intermediate knowledge of DNS, domain names, and hosting
  • Experience using website builders
