What You’ll Do:
• Review prescriptions and work closely with patients to choose the ideal eyewear for both medical needs and aesthetic preferences
• Provide honest and thoughtful guidance on frame choices, ensuring patients leave satisfied with their vision and style
• Achieve sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service and meeting individual patient needs
• Manage and maintain eyewear inventory to ensure a great selection of frames and lenses
• Perform adjustments and repairs on eyewear, offering personalized service that makes a lasting impression
• Collaborate with physicians to address prescription questions and provide clarity on eye-related concerns
What We’re Looking For:
• 0-3 years of experience (Optical experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right candidate!)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Coachable attitude—ready to learn and grow in the optical field
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing patient needs and office demands
