Now, we’re on the lookout for our next Building Wrangler — someone with the grit, heart, and hustle to help customers find the right building for their needs.

What You’ll Do

As a Building Wrangler, you’ll be:

  • Guiding customers through options for sheds, barns, cabins, and more
  • Helping Texans pick the right features, financing, and delivery for their lifestyle
  • Managing leads, following up, and making sure no opportunity rides off into the sunset
  • Building strong customer relationships with honesty, service, and care
  • Working with our team to hit targets and keep our reputation Texas-strong

What We’re Looking For

  • A people-person who’s confident talking on the phone, online, and in person
  • Strong communication skills (English required; Spanish a plus)
  • Organized, dependable, and driven to succeed
  • Sales or customer service experience is a plus — but a true Wrangler spirit matters most
  • Ready to work hard, learn fast, and grow with our team
