We are currently seeking a Bilingual Client Support Advocate to join our Team.

***Availability needed 3pm-11pm. This is a remote position, however, candidates MUST live in Florida***

Scope of Work

  • Maintain internal project controls to parallel customer needs and business operations
  • Understand and coordinate customer preference requirements throughout order and installation processes
  • Provide expert support and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Follow up throughout all stages of new projects and requests
  • Initiate problem solving strategies to determine root causes and generate solutions
  • Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, data tracking, and task management
  • Document and ensure completion of important actions and decisions
  • Ensure project deadlines are met
  • Provide administrative support as needed
  • Confirm that projects adhere to specifications and all related documentation is maintained appropriately
  • Ensure project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project completion
  • Complete other duties as assigned
What you need to be successful:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years’ experience in Customer Service positions
  • 6 months’ experience in Project Administration, preferred
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suites, preferred
  • Experience using Salesforce, preferred
