Castle Escapes Travel is hiring experienced remote travel agents who specialize in Disney vacations and Universal Studios trips. If you’re a knowledgeable and passionate travel advisor who loves helping families plan unforgettable theme park vacations, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your travel career with a supportive and fun agency.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and book Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, Universal Orlando, and Universal Hollywood vacations
  • Assist clients with resort bookings, park tickets, dining reservations, Genie+/Lightning Lane selections, and special event planning
  • Deliver exceptional service throughout the entire planning process
  • Stay up-to-date on Disney and Universal promotions, park updates, and training certifications
  • Build long-term relationships with clients through outstanding communication and attention to detail
  • Manage client information and bookings using travel CRM and supplier tools

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a travel agent or vacation planner, with a strong focus on Disney and Universal destinations
  • Completion of Disney’s College of Knowledge and/or Universal U strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, and Universal Parks
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently
  • Proficient with online booking engines, CRM software, and email communication
  • MUST reside and be a resident in the United States
