Summary

We are building a large-scale retail data project and are looking for freelancers based in the United States to help us collect in-store data. The work involves visiting local grocery and retail stores, walking through the

store, and capturing data using a scanning app on your iPhone Pro (models 13, 14, 15, or 16 — regular Pro or Pro Max).

This is not mystery shopping or sales — it’s a straightforward data collection task. You will receive clear step-by-step instructions on how to capture the data, including where to walk, how to hold your phone, and how to upload results.

Requirements

✅ Must live in the United States

✅ Comfortable walking through stores and scanning the layout

✅ Owns one of the following iPhone models (required for LiDAR scanning):

iPhone 13 Pro / Pro Max

iPhone 14 Pro / Pro Max

iPhone 15 Pro / Pro Max

iPhone 16 Pro / Pro Max

✅ Reliable internet connection (to upload scan files)

✅ Ability to follow detailed instructions carefully

✅ Professional, discreet, and respectful when in public stores

Nice to Have

Previous gig work (TaskRabbit, Field Agent, mystery shopping, etc.)

Experience using scanning apps (Polycam, Matterport, 3D scanning, etc.)

Flexibility to cover multiple stores in your area

Compensation

Per store scan basis ($8–$10 per store, depending on size)

Paid weekly upon submission and approval of scans

Bonuses for completing multiple stores in one region
