Join us as a Seasonal Sales Associate, making a difference for shoppers during the busy season. In this position, you will represent our brand by identifying customer preferences and assisting them with product choices for themselves or as gifts. Our team is devoted to service excellence, meeting goals, and maintaining a lively store atmosphere.

Responsibilities


- Deliver excellent customer service using product knowledge and effective sales approaches reflecting company values
- Establish meaningful customer connections by assessing needs, sharing product insights, demonstrating merchandise, and offering personalized recommendations
- Promote the rewards program and encourage signups both at the register and throughout the sales area
- Assist in restocking and keeping product displays neat and well-maintained
- Participate in organizing the store, changing merchandise layouts, and setting up promotional displays as required
- Perform routine physical activities such as standing, walking, reaching, lifting, using ladders, bending, and kneeling to help customers and keep the store in order; frequently able to lift 10 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Maintain a secure, tidy, and inviting environment by following established safety and health practices
- Consistently adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards

Qualifications


- Enthusiastic about working with the public in a retail location
- Previous sales or customer service background in a fast-moving setting
- Strong communication skills, willing to receive feedback, and quick to adjust to changes
- Able to resolve issues related to the store or customers confidently and efficiently
