Job Overview

As a Route Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for delivering products to customers along assigned routes in a timely, accurate, and safe manner. You will serve as the face of the company during deliveries, ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining efficiency and professionalism. Key Responsibilities

  • Load, transport, and deliver products to customers along assigned routes.

  • Verify delivery accuracy by checking invoices and delivery documentation.

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.

  • Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with traffic and safety regulations.

  • Unload goods and assist customers with product placement as needed.

  • Maintain delivery logs, records, and necessary paperwork.

  • Handle returns, exchanges, or discrepancies promptly.

  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.

Qualifications
