POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for a variety of machine department duties, including the preparation of sales quotes, sales

contracts, arranging freight, issuing purchase orders, and providing outstanding customer service. This

position maintains a close working relationship with all areas of the business – sales, parts, service, and

management. Full-time, hourly position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Process customer quotes, sales, and rental contracts.

? Issue Purchase Orders to manufacturers for new machine orders.

? Ensure the machine arriving is equipped based on the Purchase Order.

? Communicate leads with the Outside Sales Team.

? Build and maintain long term business relationships.

? Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers and management.

? Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

? High school diploma or GED.

? Oracle/NetSuite system experience required

? 2 years of office/administrative experience

? Time management & organizational skills

? Strong oral and written communication skills.

? Advanced computer/data entry skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

? Good math skills to include the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and

percentages.

? Experience within the heavy equipment industry is preferred.

PHYSICAL AND WORKSITE ENVIRONMENT:

Work Environment: This position is based in a professional office setting with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Ability to occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 15 pounds (e.g., files, office supplies).

Frequent use of hands for data entry, document handling, and communication.

Occasional walking, standing, bending, or reaching within the office environment.

Sensory Demands:

Regular need for visual focus on digital screens and printed materials.

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, over the phone, and via electronic communication.
