The primary responsibility of this role is to lead, coach, and motivate a team of 10-15 Inside Sales Representatives who specialize in outbound cold calling and consultative sales with a focus on small business clients. As a hands-on sales leader, the manager will execute strategic leadership to drive daily outbound activities while maintaining a dynamic and supportive team culture rooted in accountability, performance, and continuous learning. The Outbound Sales Manager will ensure that their team consistently meets or exceeds KPIs by providing targeted coaching through call reviews, live shadowing sessions, and structured one-on-one meetings.
