Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional service to customers using product knowledge and sales skills that embody company principles
- Build lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs, sharing details about products, highlighting features, and delivering personalized suggestions
- Offer information about the rewards program and promote enrollments throughout the store
- Help with replenishing merchandise and maintaining tidy, organized displays
- Take part in store organization, rearrange merchandise layouts, and install promotional displays when needed
- Carry out physical tasks such as standing, moving around, reaching, lifting, climbing ladders, bending, and kneeling as necessary to assist customers and maintain order in the store; frequently able to move up to 10 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds
