About the position

Responsibilities

  • Architect next-generation search solutions utilizing Elastic's advancements in AI, semantic search, and vector search.
  • Enable organizations to achieve accuracy and efficiency in search queries using ELSER.
  • Implement powerful vector search algorithms and create high-dimensional vector representations of data.
  • Deliver compelling proof-of-concept (POC) projects showcasing the value of AI and semantic search.
  • Share expertise through presentations and blog posts, positioning Elastic as a leader in AI-powered search.
  • Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within the Solutions Architecture team and across departments.
  • Continuously learn and explore the evolving landscapes of AI and related technologies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in designing and architecting enterprise-level search solutions.
  • Deep understanding of AI and semantic search technologies, focusing on RAG, vector search, and NLP.
  • Familiarity with emerging ecosystem technologies like Hugging Face and Langchain.
  • Solid knowledge of ELSER's architecture and models within the Hugging Face ecosystem.
  • Experience with vector databases and emerging data storage solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborative spirit and a passion for sharing knowledge and expertise.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying ahead of technology trends.
