ProCare Therapy is actively looking for a Severe Needs Paraprofessional to join one of our dedicated school teams and provide essential support to students who require individualized care and attention throughout the school day.

Job Description
  • Full-time
  • M-F
  • Full 25/26 school year
  • 30-32.5 hours per week
  • Severe needs caseload
  • Middle and High School ages
  • Seizure training will be provided by the school district
  • Toileting, diapering, and feeding assistance will be required
  • Interviewing ASAP
  • In-person position only
Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • Para Cert is not required, but may be asked to take Para Test at some point during the school year
  • Moderate/Severe needs experience
  • Experience working in school settings is a plus!
  • Able to work collaboratively with an educational team
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Willing to complete an onboarding process that consists of, but not limited toTB Test, Drug Screen, and Fingerprints
  • Able to provide1-2 supervisor references upon offer
As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Your hourly rate will be dependent upon your experience and education.
