About the position

Responsibilities

  • Own the refinement and prioritization of problems for GenAI use cases related to using qualitative and quantitative data to drive decision making as well as rapid and continuous learning.
  • Develop hypotheses on how GenAI can address identified problems, and experiment to test and refine these hypotheses.
  • Test and learn your way to developing GenAI-driven solutions that measurably improve areas of product practice, aligned with Digital and Enterprise Product's organizational goals.
  • Engage effectively with a broad group of partners to develop problem statements and use cases, evaluate the best candidates for experimentation, and align around outcomes.
  • Partner appropriately with the GenAI program team to work within enterprise guidelines.

Requirements

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of combined experience across product management, data analytics, and/or data engineering
  • Deep interest in and understanding of GenAI, with a track record of experimenting with AI-driven solutions
  • Experience working in an agile environment (e.g., user stories, iterative development, scrum teams, sprints, personas)
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and lead through uncertainty
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences, including senior leadership, operations, product, and technology teams
  • Proven ability to influence and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
