Job Description:

Striving to provide an unforgettable shopping experience, the Store Attendant collaborates with the ALDI team to keep the store's appearance at its finest. Cashiering, merchandising, and stocking responsibilities, along with maintaining the store's cleanliness, are all carried out effectively by the Store Attendant.

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Workers are required to invest a total of 32 to 40 hours of their week into their job

Fundamental Job Requirements:

The employee must be capable of fulfilling fundamental job requirements, with or without accommodation.

  • The duties of retail attendants include conducting customer transactions, executing cleaning chores and exhibiting merchandise in a well-maintained condition on the shelves
  • Enhancing the shopping experience for customers can be achieved by providing personalized and engaging customer service that exceeds their expectations
  • Achieving success requires strong collaboration and clear communication with the store management team
