You will be responsible for Flight Controls development and testing – especially in the areas of Automatic FCS - Flight Guidance, Autopilot, Maintenance or new AFCS Servo development but also in General Aviation product line development. The final product will be serving to customers not only in Business, Regional but also Urban Air Mobility and General aviation segments. There is an opportunity to grow alongside the new product development and experienced team.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.

Responsibilities
  • Flight Controls Servo, Flight Guidance, Autopilot, Virtual Guidance Panel or Maintenance Systems design
  • Requirement analysis and decomposition, model-based development.
  • Systems integration, validation & verification
  • Supporting flight Test support
  • Work with other systems/software engineers during developing and integrating solutions for Honeywell Anthem product as well as for Honeywell customers.
  • Close cooperation with Lead engineer to plan, report and deliver your tasks in Agile project environment

Qualifications
  • University education majoring in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, Aerospace Engineering or another related field
  • 0-1 year experience of system development experience, preferably with emphasis on Control systems
  • Experience working in MATLAB/Simulink
  • Any of the following will be a huge advantage: knowledge of Control Theory, DO-178B/C standards and/or C or any scripting language (e.g., Python)
  • Self-motivated and dependable, with a strong sense of initiative and integrity in independent work
  • Analytical and organized, with a keen eye for detail and a drive for continuous improvement through technology
  • Excellent communicator, thriving in fast-paced, global environments with a collaborative mindset.
