Interviews are first come, first serve.**Job Title: Technical CSRStart date: 06/09/2025Hours: Must be able to work 8a-5p, hybrid scheduleMust haves:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and computer navigation and typing proficiencyHigh School or GED preferredWorking knowledge of MS Office Suite3+ years of SAP and ERP knowledgeMust have the ability to diffuse tough situations and handle high volume of customer interaction along with the stress levels that come along with that.Must be sympathetic and very patient as this clinic will be taking calls from primarily elderly individuals.Must be able to multi-task.Description• Answer calls and emails in a courteous and professional manner while always ensuring sufficient phone queue coverage. • Perform troubleshooting of product performance and application related inquires. • Coordinate warranty returns (RGAs) in accordance with company policies. • Accurately evaluate returned product with an understanding of what is or is not considered warranty, using this information to update quality records accordingly in SAP and CAR systems. • Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams on a regular basis. • Create product replacement orders or issue credit to customer accounts whenever applicable. • Attend ongoing internal training to obtain technical knowledge of products to adequately address customer questions. • Conduct product evaluation trainings internally and externally.
