As a Customer Service Representative, you will help TurboTax customers by answering their questions concerning TurboTax products and tax return software. Most of these questions concern Downloading, Logging In, Getting Started with Basic Navigation, Importing Documents, Printing and Filing and very basic Tax questions. We’ll give you amazing continuous support for everything.

  • Get paid $18.50 per hour¹
  • Earn a $155 Bonus just for participating in getting certified as a TurboTax Product Expert³
  • Certification takes place over 2 days
  • Build your own schedule with flexible hours anytime between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST Monday to Sunday⁴
  • Minimum 20 hours per week required, want to work more? Go for it!¹
  • You'll be assigned an SME (Subject Matter Expert) who will support you during live calls. Plus Support an (MPS) Marketplace Performance Specialist as your advocate
