Position Overview :

  • We need an Infrastructure Analyst position with a strong Endpoint & SCCM .

Must be proficient in the following:

  • Proficiency with endpoint management tools (Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Microsoft Defender XDR, Sentinel One and other relevant technologies).
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and Entra ID.
  • Experience with Teams and Microsoft OneDrive configuration and troubleshooting.
  • The work schedule is Mon to Thursday - 7:30am - 5:30pm in office and Friday 7:30am to 11:30am remotely.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • The IT Infrastructure Analyst II for the company and you will be a member of the End User Computing and Identity Management team at the company’s Houston office, reporting to the End User Computing and Identity Manager.
  • The IT Infrastructure Analyst II will be responsible for managing and securing devices, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with organizational standards.

This role will be primarily responsible for the following:

  • Device Management: Deploy, configure, and maintain endpoint devices (desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers) using tools like Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and other relevant technologies.
  • Security: Implement and manage security policies to ensure device compliance and protection using tools like Microsoft Defender XDR and Sentinel One.
  • Software Deployment: Automate the deployment of software updates and patches to maintain device security and functionality.
  • Testing: Test solutions as designed and implemented.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation.
  • Troubleshooting: Serve as the primary escalation point for technical issues related to endpoint devices, providing timely resolutions.
  • User Support: Offer support to end-users, assisting with device and application issues to ensure smooth operation.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Continuously monitor device health and performance, generating reports to track compliance and identify potential issues.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other IT teams to integrate solutions with other systems and applications.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with new M365 features and technologies and provide recommendations on their adoption.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in endpoint management or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with endpoint management tools (Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Microsoft Defender XDR, Sentinel One and other relevant technologies).
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and Entra ID.
  • Experience with Teams and Microsoft OneDrive configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of Follow Me printing solutions and Universal Print.
  • Strong understanding of security protocols and compliance standards.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
