The Opportunity

This is a perfect entry-level role for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is skilled and enthusiastic about both audio and video production. You'll work directly alongside our composer and director, learning from experienced professionals while contributing to content that's shown around the world.

What You'll Do

Production Support & Organization

  • Manage file exports and organization systems for our director and composer
  • Handle stem exports and audio file management in Pro Tools
  • Maintain organized file structures and naming conventions
  • Act as liaison between creative team and other departments when files are needed

Technical Operations

  • Assist with Pro Tools sessions, including surround sound work
  • Support video editing and post-production in After Effects
  • Help with file management across DaVinci Resolve and Premiere projects
  • Ensure smooth workflow between audio and video production pipelines
  • Coordinate onsite and offsite backups

Project Coordination

  • Track project files and versions to prevent creative chaos
  • Ensure consistent, organised naming of files according to company schema.
  • Coordinate file delivery and handoffs between team members
  • Act as primary file-organisation liaison with the rest of our operation
  • Support both composer and director with day-to-day production assistance needs

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills

  • Deep knowledge of Pro Tools, including surround sound experience
  • Fluent with MacOS. Other OS's would be a bonus.
  • Proficiency in After Effects
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Quiet, professional demeanor - comfortable being a 'fly on the wall' in creative sessions

Technical Requirements

  • Experience with professional audio/video file formats and workflows
  • Understanding of surround sound mixing and delivery
  • Familiarity with Protools, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects and Premiere.
  • Ability to manage complex file structures and naming systems

Location Requirements

  • Must be able to work on-site in Altadena, Los Angeles area and in Long Beach California.
  • Reliable transportation to production locations
  • Some remote work possible for file organization tasks
