We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Virtual Live Chat or Tele Chat Support Agent to join our dynamic Customer Support department. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly assistance to their inquiries via live chat or tele chat. This position offers a full-time hourly employment opportunity, ideal for individuals with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

  • Engage with customers in real-time through live chat or tele chat channels to address inquiries, provide support, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Answer customer questions regarding products, services, or account-related matters while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
  • Document and log customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for record-keeping and analysis purposes.
  • Troubleshoot technical or account-related issues, escalating to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Provide customers with relevant solutions or alternatives in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Stay updated on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate and knowledgeable support.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Contribute to enhancing support workflows by identifying areas of improvement and sharing feedback.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer support, preferably in a live chat or tele chat role.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Proficient in using customer support software, CRM tools, and basic computer applications.
  • Availability to work full-time shifts, including occasional weekends or holidays as required.
  • High level of empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
