We are seeking a reliable and safety-oriented Warehouse Operator to join our team in a cold storage facility. This is a great opportunity for a dependable Warehouse Operator who is motivated to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $21/hr

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Operator:

  • Handle client goods with forklifts and pallet jacks while ensuring food safety, security, and quality
  • Load and unload trailers, inspect goods, and record temperatures of products and trailers
  • Move palletized goods to designated locations in the warehouse
  • Hand-pick orders and stack pallets by hand, meeting set quotas
  • Perform daily janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
  • Count and manage inventory in storerooms
  • Work under the direction of supervisors, team leaders, or senior management
  • Maintain professionalism and teamwork with coworkers, customers, and vendors

Requirements for the Warehouse Operator:

  • Must speak English; bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
  • Must pass a clean background check and pre-employment drug screen
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds unassisted and perform frequent physical tasks (bending, squatting, reaching)
  • Must be comfortable working in cold storage temperatures (as low as -20°F)
  • Prior experience as a Warehouse Operator, including forklift and pallet jack operation, strongly preferred
