Summary:Functions include putting received freight intoappropriate storage locations, replenish bins, pick items for transfer to theRetail Store and pulling select items from storage location and readying themfor shipment. Main Duties and Responsibilities:Unpacks andverifies bar codes are usable.Directs barcode label printing and application as required for inventory control.Verifiesquantities and checks for damage or mislabeling.Operatesmotorized equipment, such as order picker, reach truck or forklifts to stockthe items. Transfersitems from the receiving bins to the primary and overstock bins.Utilizeshandheld scanners for put-away functions to update inventory records.Lists alloverages and shortages on the Receiving Discrepancy report.Conducts anddocuments bin audits as required.Ensures allreceived items are correctly put away within established timelines.Receives theitems for the sales orders and enters the orders into system for sales order orwave picking for efficient picking purposes and locates the products usingtechnology. Packs itemson sales orders using company packing guidelines.Completeswarehouse product resets by established plan. Utilizes RF scanners for picking all items andtransfers all items from the stocking bins to the shipping bin. Performs other duties as assigned.Job Requirements:High school diploma, Home School Certificate, or GEDequivalent needed. Any further education/experience in the warehousing areapreferred.Use of forklift trucks & order picker experience needed. Willcertify.Should possess ability to multi-task, manage timeeffectively, and prioritize tasks.Should be detail-oriented, focused, driven, and aself-starter.Strong interpersonal, communication, problem solving, andorganizational skills needed.Must be a teamwork-oriented member with a positive attitude.Shift:Full time nightshift: Sun-Wed nights, 6pm-5am; 10 hoursnightsBenefits:Medical, dental, and vision insurances401k plan, with 4% employer matching upon meeting eligibilityrequirementsEmployer paid life insurance Voluntary benefits-Supplemental life, cancer, accident, etc.PTO, 6 Paid HolidaysWorking Conditions:Job will include periods of standing, walking, reaching,stooping/kneeling, and bending.
