Job Overview

We are currently seeking dedicated, reliable, and hardworking Warehouse Workers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders, loading/unloading shipments, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

We’re looking for individuals who take pride in their work, show up on time, and are committed to contributing to a productive and efficient warehouse team. Forklift experience is required, applicants must be comfortable operating a forklift safely and efficiently in a busy warehouse environment.

Duties

  • Perform inventory management tasks including tracking stock levels and conducting regular audits.
  • Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks for loading and unloading materials.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to manage inventory control and order fulfillment processes.
  • Engage in materials handling, ensuring safe movement of products throughout the warehouse.
  • Execute picking and packing duties accurately, preparing orders for shipment in a timely manner.
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
  • Assist in stocking shelves and organizing products within the warehouse for easy access.
  • Use RF scanners for tracking inventory movements and updating records as necessary.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to warehouse operations and safety protocols.

Requirements

  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with knowledge of shipping & receiving processes.
  • Familiarity with inventory control methods and practices is essential.
  • Experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, or order pickers is highly desirable.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required by job duties.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in order picking and packing tasks.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse distribution processes and packaging techniques.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
