Schedule: Tuesday-Thursday 11:30-8:00PM, Friday 10:30-7:00PM, Saturday 8:30-5:00PM. Schedules are in central time zone.

This is a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) position, which means you’ll be using your own equipment to perform the role. To ensure a smooth and secure experience for both you and our clients, the following system requirements must be met. You’ll also need to install our software on your device, and we’ll verify your setup—including internet speed and system performance—during the interview process.

Required Equipment & Specifications:

  • Computer manufactured within the last 5 years
  • Windows 11 or newer operating system
  • At least 25GB of available disk space
  • 2.4GHz or faster Quad-Core Processor
  • 8GB RAM or more
  • Dual monitors (minimum 19" each)
  • Reliable internet connection: Minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload
  • Wired Ethernet connection (Wi-Fi not permitted)
  • USB-connected headset with microphone
  • Webcam
  • Smartphone (for location verification app)
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
