This role involves close collaboration with the client’s Enterprise Architect and Delivery Director to deliver large-scale, innovative solutions leveraging Gen AI.</p><p><br></p><p>Additional Information*</p><p>The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Phoenix, AZ is $145k - $180k/year & benefits (see below).</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>The Role</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Lead the <strong>end-to-end design and architecture</strong> of a (Greenfield project).</li><li>Collaborate with the client’s Enterprise Architect to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and strategic goals.</li><li>Partner with the client’s Delivery Director to oversee the implementation by a team of approximately 30 Java developers.</li><li>Drive large-scale system design, ensuring scalability, security, and performance excellence.</li><li>Integrate Gen AI technologies into the system architecture for advanced features and capabilities.</li><li>Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and governance throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Define and enforce architecture standards, best practices, and quality benchmarks.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Extensive experience in <strong>Java enterprise architecture and implementation.</strong></li><li>Proven <strong>Greenfield system design expertise.
