Meritage Homes is looking for a Salesforce Engineer who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about enabling transformation through technology. This role is central to our vision of delivering seamless customer experiences, fostering partner collaboration, and unlocking data-powered insights. As a key member of our technology team, you will design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions that support our sales and marketing operations—including agent engagement, customer lifecycle management, and partner integrations

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions across Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud.
  • Implement and optimize integrations with JD Edwards E1, Hyphen, Sitecore, and other enterprise platforms.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce automations, flows, and custom components to support sales processes and agent workflows.
  • Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity and synchronization across systems through robust API and integration strategies.
  • Support user adoption through documentation, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns.
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud is preferred
  • Experience with marketing and sales operations in real estate, construction, or B2B environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools like JD Edwards E1, Sitecore, and Hyphen is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
