We are currently seeking a Truck Driver to join our team in Philip, SD, responsible for hauling fertilizer products to local customers. This is a local position, ensuring drivers are home daily with a typical schedule of M-F during daytime hours, and opportunities for overtime in the spring.

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely pick-up and deliveries to customers safely and professionally.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing concerns promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and conduct daily maintenance inspections.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and report incidents immediately.
  • Assist operational staff and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

  • Class A CDL (required)
  • Ability to work additional hours and be available for overnight stays and occasional weekends
  • Preferred: Hazmat, Tanker, and Air Brake endorsements
  • Preferred: Agriculture background and customer service experience
