Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team in a fun casual environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and restaurant operations, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the restaurant's daily operations, ensuring that our standards of service and quality are consistently met.

Duties

  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff management and guest service.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff to provide outstanding service and maintain high standards.
  • Handle togo, catering, and all dine in food execution
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
  • Participate in planning and executing special events, banquets, and catering services.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is required
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise staff effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
  • Ability to manage shifts efficiently while maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Familiarity with catering is great!
  • A passion for delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
