Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy for the commercial retail division at PepsiCo. Identify training and development needs of employees at all levels within the retail business and create tailored programs to address those needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver effective training programs, including online and in-person training sessions. Utilize data and analytics to track the effectiveness of learning and development programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement. Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers to ensure access to cutting-edge learning and development resources. Act as a subject matter expert on retail operations, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. Coach and mentor employees at all levels to support their professional growth and development. Work closely with senior leadership to understand business objectives and align learning and development initiatives to support and achieve those goals. Manage the budget for learning and development programs, ensuring efficient use of resources.
