The role involves designing and implementing automation solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical support to clients to optimize their systems and processes.


Responsibilities

  • Lead crafting, design and implementing technical solutions with various automation technologies across a wide variety of platforms, services and distributed systems and ensure solutions and strategies meets efficiency and requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions into existing systems and workflows seamlessly. Work closely with Product teams to brainstorms new ideas, challenges for solutions and future integrations.
  • Provide in-depth technical support, including conducting workshops, delivering presentations, and performing product demonstrations to empower clients with knowledge and procedures.
  • Continuously optimizing and improving our automation processes to compete in a fast-paced, innovative industry. Provide support for users/customers for common issues and usages of product and services.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal technical staff, translating complex technical concepts into understandable terms and actionable insights.

Skills

  • 5+ years of proven experience in software engineering, with a focus on automation to develop new solutions
  • Excellent programming skills in Python and proficient knowledge in Software Architectures, System-design and adequate understanding of automation frameworks and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive solutions.
  • Good understanding of OS fundamentals, Platforms, NVIDIA Technologies, Databases, REST/RPC API, CI/CD, Grafana, Jira, Server-Client Architectures
  • Proven capability to lead all aspects of projects and collaborate within a varied & distributed team environment.
  • Strong team player with excellent written, verbal communications and ability to work in fast paced environments and teams.
  • Experiences with programming languages such as Perl, Golang, Rust
  • Experiences in NVIDIA Technologies including GPU, CUDA
  • Strong familiarity with LLM, AI and Machine Learning and HPC

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
