You will work closely with our Salesforce team of developers and administrators to understand requirements and enable the authoring/development of quality solutions that meet our clients' needs. This person will need to have a deep knowledge of modern technology stacks and tools and have the ability to understand current business applications.</p>What You'll Do:<ul><li>Serve as the technical leader for Salesforce projects with our various clients based throughout the United States.</li><li>Lead functional and business process teams.</li><li>Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platforms and products.</li><li>Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions. Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution's feasibility and functionality.</li><li>Provide hands-on, expert-level technical assistance to developers.</li><li>Design and manage the execution of test plans to ensure a quality solution is delivered.</li><li>Follow and understand new Salesforce product and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions.</li><li>Provide expertise during sales efforts to estimate the technical level of effort.</li><li>Participate in marketing events (e.g., sales meetings).</li><li>Demonstrate thought leadership through publishing, public speaking, and client presentations.</li><li>Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members.</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of Salesforce experience, particularly in an Architect capacity.</li><li>Strong expertise in Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.</li><li>Ability to integrate multiple third-party solutions (e.g., e-Signature tools, Telephony, SMS, etc.).</li><li>Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems.</li><li>Proven experience driving work for other resources on a team (e.g., Admins, Developers).</li><li>Excellent client-facing written and oral communication skills.</li><li>Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire.</li><li>MUST have a strong consulting background.</li></ul><p>Welcome to ConsultNet and the family of companies, Tekne, SaltClick, TechBridge, and OmniMedia.
