The Contact Center team is looking for a hardworking DevOps engineer to help take Zendesk products to the next level in terms of functionality and integrations. You’ll be joining a team that works on our Voice products. Voice is a complex real-time application that needs to be robust, scalable and maintainable. You’ll have the passion, patience and determination to deliver high quality software to meet our customers needs. Does this sound like you?
What you’ll do
Build and monitor our scalable, high-performance infrastructure solutions on AWS.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to support development through cloud architecture and infrastructure.
Build, monitor, and improve our CI/CD pipelines.
Contribute to security and compliance initiatives within the engineering organization.
Continuously seek improvements in infrastructure reliability, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
Support remediation of production incidents and help implement preventive solutions.
Promote a culture of learning and knowledge sharing within the team

What you bring
2-4 years of professional devops experience, specifically with AWS.
Experience with Ruby or Go.
Practical knowledge of the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
Experience deploying infrastructure-as-code (preferably CloudFormation).
Skills in supporting and troubleshooting production systems with critical SLAs.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Strong systems architecture skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Tech Stack & Tools
AWS services we use include: Amazon Connect, CloudFormation, Lambda, CloudWatch, SNS, Kinesis, EventBridge, Elasticache, S3, CloudFront, Organization, Control Tower, KMS, Secret Manager, EKS, ECR, DynamoDB, VPC, API Gateway, Cognito.
We communicate over Slack and use Zoom for meetings etc. Google Docs, JIRA, Confluence are our most used collaboration tools.

The Poland annualized base salary range for this position is zł164,000.00-zł246,000.00. Please note that while the salary range represents the minimum and maximum base salary rate for this position, the actual compensation offered will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives that will be communicated during the offer stage.
Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
