Program Manager, Enterprise Tools Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, and outsourced vendors to lead or contribute to large scale strategic projects as well as solve ongoing operational problems at scale.
- Drive technical excellence within the team, coordinating and contributing to deliverables including architectural diagrams, specifications, launch criteria, and test plans.
- Build and optimize systems, tools and standards that improve business capabilities within the organization.
- Inform, influence, and execute new strategies and tactics using sound analysis and impact metrics.
- Leverage data informed insights to drive new products and initiatives.
- Work with data and measurement partners to identify and track key program performance indicators, and ensure the results contribute to overall company, product, customer, and community experience goals.
- Identify trends to enhance the support and detention processes and improve team efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Requires a Master's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field and three years of work experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation.
- Requires three years of experience in the following:
- 1. Generate component related System Design Requirement Document (SRDS) from the functional requirements and segment design
- 2. Design the document to meet requirements defined in SRDS
- 3. Develop the software in C/C++
- 4. Perform unit testing and provide support during System Integration and Verification, AND
- 5. Involved in customer witness testing in factory and in fields and provide timely fixes for the problems identified.
Public Compensation:
$220,417/year to $233,420/year + bonus + equity + benefits
