They are seeking a Customer Success Manager who will manage the full customer lifecycle, ensuring clients achieve measurable results through AI and SaaS solutions while collaborating with various internal teams.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the full customer lifecycle — from onboarding and implementation through adoption, renewal, and expansion.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to radiology and IT leadership, helping them translate Harrison.ai’s innovations into measurable value within their workflows.
  • Ensure smooth implementation by coordinating with technical teams on PACS/RIS integrations, data workflows, and training for radiologists and administrators.
  • Develop success plans that tie product usage to business outcomes, regularly tracking progress and adjusting strategy as customers evolve.
  • Champion the voice of the customer by sharing insights, feedback, and feature requests directly with Product and Engineering.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Professional Services, and Marketing to build case studies, highlight outcomes, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Drive retention and growth by demonstrating ROI, building trust, and positioning Harrison.ai as an indispensable partner.
  • Contribute to the foundation of a world-class U.S. Customer Success organization by refining playbooks, metrics, and best practices.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Healthcare IT, Medical Imaging, or related field.
  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Clinical Applications, or Account Management within a healthcare technology, SaaS, or imaging environment.
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows in radiology and familiarity with PACS/RIS, DICOM, and HL7 standards.
  • Excellent relationship management, communication, and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Organized and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities.
  • Comfortable engaging with C-suite, radiologists, and technical stakeholders alike.
  • Passionate about innovation in healthcare and motivated by the opportunity to improve patient outcomes at scale.
  • Experience in an early-stage or high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, data analytics, or survey tools.
  • Formal training or certification in project or change management.
  • Proven ability to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities through value realization.
