Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high performance levels for service-related processes, and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary

  • Experience managing 3 rd Party Network Service Provider
  • Understanding of network fundamentals


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Work Experience, Computer Science, MIS, or similar field
  • Previous experience in a large Enterprise is preferred
  • Basic to Intermediate technical understanding of networking and wireless technologies
  • Experience using ServiceNow


Salary/ Rate: $80-$90/hour (depends on experience level). This is a contract position with candidates expected to work 40 hours/ week . Contract duration is 6 months with possible extensions. This position currently does not offer any benefits.
