West Franklin Investments LLC is urgently hiring Contracted Mail Carriers to service USPS routes in Royal City, WA. This is a contracted position that requires reliable individuals with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Job Responsibilities:

  • Sort and deliver mail and packages along an assigned USPS route.
  • Operate and maintain your own delivery vehicle in accordance with USPS regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Work in various weather conditions and navigate rural and urban roads.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow all USPS policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Must own or lease a reliable vehicle with at least 120 cubic feet of cargo space (SUV, minivan, or larger).
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (no recent DUIs, reckless driving, or excessive violations).
  • Must be able to pass a background check (no disqualifying criminal history).
  • Must be able to pass a drug test.
  • Must have full-time availability Monday – Saturday with a start time of 8:00 AM (until all deliveries are completed).
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle repetitive movement throughout the day.
  • Must be proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing) to effectively communicate with USPS staff and customers.
  • Must understand what it means to work as a 1099 independent contractor (responsible for your own taxes, no benefits, no overtime pay).
