Position: Corporate Concierge Registered Nurse (Full-Time, – Leavenworth, Some Travel Required)

ModRN Health is actively seeking a compassionate, Registered Nurse to join our team in a full-time, clinic role. This nurse will primarily provide on site care 4 days a week with occasional travel on those days to client locations to support health needs, relationship-building, and member advocacy. This role is essential in delivering comprehensive, coordinated healthcare to employees of our clients, working closely with ModRN Health physicians to provide proactive, high-quality care.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct holistic assessments of members to identify health needs and provide proactive care.
  • Triage health concerns, provide routine care, follow-ups, and consultations both virtually and in-person.
  • Deliver pre/post-appointment support, medication reconciliation, and health education tailored to members’ needs.
  • Serve as a health advocate, ensuring members receive the right care at the right time, at the best cost.
  • Travel as needed to employer client locations for onsite member visits, care coordination, and advocacy.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless, high-quality healthcare experiences.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, patient confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance.

Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted Compact Registered Nursing license in good standing (ADN accepted, BSN preferred).
  • 5+ years of recent hospital/clinical experience (preferred experience in ED, Med-Surg, Cardiac, or Primary Care).
  • Excellent communication, advocacy, and teamwork skills.
  • Comfortable working virtually, with onsite visits 4 days per week.

  • Salary: $78,000 - $80,000 per year (based on experience and nurse level)
