Infusion Nurse (RN/LPN) – Med Spa (Part-Time) Prime IV Wichita (East or West Location)

Key Requirements for the Role

  • Active LPN-IV or RN credentials required
  • Must be highly skilled and confident in IV placement (we provide full training on our med-spa procedures, but IV proficiency is essential from day one—this is not a training ground for IV skills)
  • Part-time role (2 shifts per week) with a fixed, repeating schedule: Week 1 includes 2 weekday shifts; Week 2 includes 1 weekday shift and the Saturday shift (not PRN; full-shift availability required—no partial shifts)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Total Hourly Compensation: $31–$39/hour
  • Base Pay: $24–$26/hour (based on RN or LPN-IV licensure and experience)
  • Tips & Commission: Average additional $7–$12/hour

Med-Spa Hours

  • Monday: 9 AM – 3 PM
  • Tuesday–Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM
  • Saturday: 9 AM – 3 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Experience (50%): Create a welcoming environment, build relationships, and educate clients on therapy benefits to support their wellness goals
  • Teamwork & Culture (30%): Foster a fun, collaborative, high-performing team atmosphere as part of "Team Prime"
  • Administrative Duties (10%): Assist with checkouts, cleaning, organizing, restocking, and supporting daily operations
  • Nursing (10%): Review health intake forms; start and manage IVs (up to 20+ per day) safely and efficiently; prepare/administer IV bags, injections, and treatments; monitor client comfort

About the Owners

Cody and Lacey Beard, Wichita residents since 2008 and married for 17 years, are committed to family, community, and wellness. Cody is a Navy veteran with degrees in nuclear engineering and business; Lacey holds a mathematics degree and ran a successful cosmetic retail business for 14 years. They're active in local nonprofits and youth sports, aiming to make Prime IV Wichita's top med-spa while helping thousands live healthier.
